These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and MUNPE ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the MUNPE mobile application and related services ("Platform").

MUNPE (Medical Unified Network for People Engagement) is a technology platform that facilitates interaction between Users and independent healthcare service providers, including hospitals, doctors, laboratories, and pharmacies.

The Platform enables Users to:

• Create and manage personal and family member profiles
• Discover healthcare providers based on geographic location
• Select departments, doctors, and request appointments
• Access prescriptions, diagnostic reports, and pharmacy-related information
• Submit requests related to accident incidents and blood bank availability

• Users must be competent to contract under applicable Indian laws.
• Registration requires accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.
• MUNPE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

• Users may create and manage profiles for family members.
• By doing so, you represent and warrant that you have obtained lawful consent and authorization to act on their behalf.
• You assume full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of such data.

• The Platform enables Users to request appointments, which are subject to confirmation by the respective healthcare provider.
• MUNPE does not guarantee appointment availability, confirmation, or timeliness.
• All medical consultations and services are provided solely by third-party providers.

• Payments made via the Platform are limited to appointment booking fees, unless otherwise specified.
• Additional charges (consultation fees, diagnostics, treatment, pharmacy purchases) are payable directly to the healthcare provider.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

Refund & Cancellation

• Refund eligibility depends on cancellation policies defined by MUNPE and/or the healthcare provider.
• MUNPE reserves the right to deduct applicable processing charges.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on payment gateway policies.

• MUNPE is not engaged in the practice of medicine.
• The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• All information and services are provided by independent healthcare professionals.
• Users are advised to independently verify medical advice before acting upon it.

• Medical records (including prescriptions, lab reports, and pharmacy data) are provided by third-party entities.
• MUNPE does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of such records.

Features such as accident reporting and blood bank requests are facilitative tools only.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Misuse emergency features
• Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt system functionality

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology associated with MUNPE are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUNPE shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Medical negligence or treatment outcomes
• Service delays, cancellations, or provider unavailability
• Data inaccuracies originating from third parties

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MUNPE from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Unauthorized use of third-party data

MUNPE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion without prior notice for violations of these Terms.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Courts in Kozhikode, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
